Privacy Policy

To fulfill an order we collect: the 20 answers you submit in the questionnaire, your email address, your shipping name and address, and payment confirmation data from our payment processor. We do not ask you to create an account.

Your responses are used by The Sigilist to devise a sigil and produce your spoon. Questionnaire text is not used for advertising, is not shared with other customers, and is not used to diagnose or profile you in the real world.

Please do not submit passwords, financial account details, government identification numbers, medical records, or another person’s private information. Sigil Spoons is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or emergency assistance.

• Unpaid database drafts: deleted automatically after 24 hours.
• Browser autosave: cleared after successful payment, or after 7 days.
• Paid-order questionnaire responses: retained while the order is produced, delivered, and supported.
• Questionnaire answers are automatically deleted or irreversibly redacted 90 days after shipment, except where a legal requirement requires a different minimum retention.
• We keep the ordinary transaction records required for accounting, tax, fraud, and customer-support obligations.
• When questionnaire answers are purged, we retain only a simple record that a completed questionnaire existed, its version, and the purge date.

Payment is processed by our payment provider. We store only the identifiers required to look up your order. We never store card numbers on our servers.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact us at the address on the Contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time.
